Le Vigne di Raito is located in the town of Raito a municipality of Vietri sul Mare, on a hillside overlooking the Amalfi Coastline. The vineyard, which has been certified biologic/biodynamic, is the passionate project of Patrizia Malanga who fell in love with the area at first sight. She worked to restore the site, paying the utmost attention to respect for the landscape and environment, while planting and encouraging the vineyard.
After years of hard work she finally produced the first red wine called Ragis Rosso. The wine is made from Aglianico and Piedirosso grapes grown exclusively on the property which, in the meantime, had become an agricultural farm called Le Vigne di Raito. The wines from Le Vigne di Raito express vividly the chalky soil, the lush vegitation of the area, and sun-drenched skies that grace this piece of paradise.
