Part of the Independent Winegrowers of the Sud Tyrol, Armin and Monika Kobler started to process their own grapes in 2006. Their vineyards at Margreid are characterized with their warm limestone gravel, light sandy soil and South / East exposures.
All harvests are done by hand and the very last moments of harvest time to ensure proper ripeness and full flavour components in the grapes. Their aim to reflect the natural characteristics of the variety, the vintage, and the location so as to allow the wines to speak of themselves.
