Founded in 1965, with the first vintage coming in 1978, Caprili only uses grapes cultivated from their own vineyards in its wines. The location, southwest of the winery facing the sea, enjoys the mitigating action of the winds that prevents humid stagnation which can possibly cause fungal attacks on the vines. Consequently, the only treatments used are copper or sulphur based, producing a beautiful pesticide free wine.
